The kick-off workshop for the updating study of the Urban Planning and Development Master Plan of Greater Libreville took place in October in the presence of the Minister of Housing and Urban Development of Gabon, the Governor, various technical advisors of the Presidency, representatives of the the Town Halls and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation, as well as various economic actors.

Libreville has a beach but Kigali doesn't have. So Libreville can be beautiful, but political situation in Gabon is very precarious.
